Closet Organizer Systems
70Closet organizer systems makes it possible to transform a once cluttered room into a place to be proud of. All to often the closet is considered a room of embarrassment. a place to hide the things that we don't want others to see. Usually the reason for this is because of the disorganized mess that it has become over the years. But by taking stock and organizing this space, the closet can become a room that you'll want to show off.
With a little careful planning, built in closet designs does not have to be complicated, in fact it can be a fun Do-It-Yourself project that can end up saving you a lot of money
It's not very difficult to find the
right kind of closet organizing systems to suit your needs. If you are
the kind of person that enjoys to shop for clothes then you don't have
to settle for a single hanger bar that runs the width of your closet
anymore. A more efficient use of your closet space can be utilized
better by using a few smaller hanging bars along with shelves and cubby holes so you can arrange the hole closet easily.
Rubbermaid 3H89 Deluxe Custom Closet Kit
The first two closet organization systems on my list are Rubbermaid and
I think that most people who have bought from this manufacturer would
agree that they make great closet systems. They don't have that
wirer y, won't last a week or three look and are easy to put together
quickly. This is a custom system that will allow you to organize all of
you pieces of wardrobe: hats, shoes. ties, suits, etc. The shelves and
hanging rods are adjustable for up to 10 feet of hang space and 22 feet
of shelf space. The list price of $219 has been adjust to $172 and there are a few at around $160
Rubbermaid 3G59 Classic Custom Closet Kit, Titanium
Next comes the Rubbermaid 3G59 with durable epoxy, satin nickel or chrome finish on titanium material so you won't get that cheap or worn out look after a while of use. The closet organizer is expandable so that it can fit walls from 4 to 8 feet and comes with 6 shelves, 2 expandable hanging rods and 4 rail covers. The two best features that most people who buy this closet system find is that it's very simple and straight forward to install and that it is sturdy. The list price on these systems is $189 but that has dropped down quite a bit to around $100. Much cheaper than comparable closet systems and positively reviewed
John Louis Home, Red Mahogany
My third choice is the John Louis JLH-523 is a beautiful closet
organizer kit that comes in Mahogany or Maplewood shelves on a metal
frame on a nickel finish. This is a nice looking kit (although it is
not as easy to install as the Rubbermaids) that is perfect for a master
bedroom but can used anywhere in the house that you need more closet
storage. The list price is $264 but there are some available at $229
used.
John Louis Home Custom, Red Mahogany
If you are going for
all out luxury, then this would be my preference. Most John Louis
closet systems are high on aesthetics as well as functionality. This is
great for the Do-It-Yourself person who know a thing or two about how
to use a hammer and screwdriver and wants to design a walk in closet
without the cost of a contractor. The list price is 419 but has been
dramatically reduced to around $325 (wow- almost $100 bucks) which
means that they were probably overpriced to start.
This is my short list of closet organizer systems but there are a lot of others on the market that may better suit your needs. The ones that you see above are all lower than their list price (all but one)
